Your health and that of our employees is essential, and for this reason, we are taking precautionary measures to mitigate risks. Mocha Girdle wants to provide you security when buying with us and that is why we offer a return policy of 8 days after receiving the merchandise. After receiving your product, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 8 days to return the merchandise. The cost of shipping to return the garment from the buyer to our company and vice versa must be paid by the buyer and is not reimbursable, only the cost of the garment is reimbursable.
The product to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused, clean, free of odor, free of marks, with all the labels still attached and in their original packaging. Please wear underwear and do not wear perfume when trying on the garment. Any returned garment used, dirty or in any of the aforementioned conditions, will not be eligible for return and will be sent back to you with a shipping fee.
In our policies we accept exchanges or refunds as long as the product is in the above mentioned conditions. All returns and refunds are subject to the quality approval of our company. If the article is accepted to be exchanged, in case the other product for which you want to change is more expensive, the customer must pay the difference. We do not accept changes for products of less value than the product originally purchased.
To be entitled to return, the items must be received in our company within 8 days of shipment and the buyer must provide their personal data and tracking number of the package (tracking number) since our company must confirm receipt of the item before that a change or refund can be processed.
For orders outside the United States, the customer must pay for international shipping to our warehouse. The cost of international shipping to return the pledge of the buyer to our warehouse and vice versa must be paid by the buyer and is not reimbursable, only the cost of the pledge is reimbursable.
Before returning items please make sure that your returned item complies with the conditions mentioned above.
The typical processing time for exchanges and returns is 7-14 days from the time your package arrives at our company. Shipping costs are not refundable. Keep in mind that it may take up to one billing cycle before seeing this refund as a credit.

Unclaimed packages returned to our company are subject to a replacement rate of ten percent (10%).

Please note that for health reasons some of the items sold on our site are considered “FINAL SALE”, which means that we can not accept them for return or exchange. In your shopping cart, before starting the payment process, you can see which items are final sale.
The products in liquidation are considered final sale. Gifts and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged. Discount coupons or coupons in general are not valid on settlement items.
